Haha! Loved the video of the woman "washing dishes" with hot tea. I've seen my Chinese family do exactly that in restaurants that they didn't trust to be the epitome of cleanliness. It always makes me wonder if the waiter is going to be insulted, but no, they just grab the bowl of "dirty" tea and take it away without a word.
