The meat has essentially been turned into tiny tiny jerky particles which is then stored a la confit (submerged in shelf stable fat). I personally would store the unobtainable beef chili crisp at room temperature indefinitely. (It's going to get eaten well before it has the chance to spoil—and the first thing to go would be the oil turning rancid.)
